The Senhora da Rocha Beach is a small beach inbetween cliffs. On the top of one of the cliffs is the Nossa Senhora da Rocha Chapel. Here you can rent a boat and have a ride along the coast or reach isolated beaches. The beach is also connected to the Nova beach by a tunnel.

The Salgados beach is just next to the Praia Grande beach. Its next to a big lagoon (Lagoa do Salgados) where many bird species like flamingos can be seen. This beach is also near by a resort and a golf course. The sand area is algo very long and calm.
This is a nice place for a walk.

The Praia Grande beach is between the Armação de Pêra beach and the Salgados beach (Albufeira). The sand area extends along 2km of long open spaces with calm waters. Its usually used by tourist and a very nice beach to take children. Because its not usually so crowded as the main beach is also search by nudism enthusiasts.

The Marinha beach is a quiet and calm beach 5km to the west of Armação de Pêra beach. The natural beauty of this beach’s cliffs, tunnels, water is often seen in the Algarve postcards.

The Galé beach is in the far east side of the Armação de Pêra bay just after the Salgados beach. Here the small rocks create nice spots and shelters loved by the tourists. The surrounding area has many nice pine trees creating a great environment.

Beijinhos beach is on the west end of Armação de Pêra after the first cliffs. To reach the beach you will have to walk by a nice way on the top off this cliffs. The views from there are amazing.
On the way down to the beach you will see lost of sea birds and sense a nice mix of smells from the many plants in the ground.
The name of this beach comes from the lots of tiny sea shells (beijinhos) that you can find in the sand

Just in front of the town, this is one of the largest beaches in Algarve. It is one of the most visited beaches in the summer and the holiday place for many families. Along the long sand area you will find many restaurants and bars. On the east side of the beach you will find many of the traditional multicolor fishermen boats still used nowadays. The name “Armação” comes from from an old device used by them many years ago.
